Inaugural Three Counties Viz Whizz

On the 18th September at 11am John Donoghue and fellow a Vizsla owner are organising the inaugural Three Counties Viz Whizz in Thetford Forest:

"Thetford forest is a tremendous place for dog walking and being just off the A11 is well situated in easy reach of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk

Meet at 11am on the green outside the Forest Lodge next to the main car park. There is a great cafe onsite as well as other activities and facilities and the forest is a very pro dog location so weather permitting should be a great day. The aim of the event is a free informal meet up and walk with our lovely Vizsla's.

There is no need to book however if you could email donoghuefamily@hotmail.com or lsweales@yahoo.co.uk that would be great.

So far we have half a dozen vizsla's as definite but a mass walk would be great fun for all our dogs. If all goes well we will no doubt organise a follow up meet up.

Storage Space required

The HVC is seeking storage facilities for some Club equipment, ideally in a central location to allow easy access / retrieval for Club events. If you have space in a garage, shed or the like which you could make available on a short or long term basis, please contact Club Secretary Margo Robertson on 0208 399 8837 or email tommargo25@aol.com.

Raffle of signed print by Mick Cawston

Gillian Aynsley has donated a limited edition signed and framed Print by Mick Cawston:

to be raffled in aid of the Myositis fund, in memory of her beloved Spice who died of this dreadful disease at the end of 2009 aged just over 5.

Raffle tickets are priced at £5.00 and are available from our Secretary, Margo.

The raffle will be drawn at the Championship Show.
